Design / Paolo Ulian - La volta Celeste
Modular bookcase made of white Carrara marble. Working with marble currently in production generally used for covering walls, four different modules were constructed based on compositional interplay, which refer to the Roman numerals from I-IV. The overlapping and juxtaposition of these modules simultaneously creates the structure and symbolic form of each bookcase.
Each individual module measures 35 x 35 x 37h cm.
